Invertis University is back with
its annual fest Invertia 2019, and the theme for this year’s celebrations
is ‘Atrangi’. The yearly celebration of life and the spirit of
collaboration, is here to give you a platform to unleash your
talents. This year true to its theme of ‘Atrangi’, the
fest will be celebrated for two consecutive days - 22nd
and 23rd of February 2019. All the clubs of Invertis will
come together to give you the best time of your life. The fun and
enjoyment will be at its peak. Participants will have to register
themselves either individually or in groups. Each college can send in one
team to represent them.
Every
year Invertia is pulled off with great efficiency. This year too, the five
clubs of Invertis University will give in their best to make the fest
a grand success.
So let us give you a glimpse of all the much awaited excitement?
Rock On!:
The cultural
club will bring out the best singer and dancer in you. Get ready to
rock the stage and shine with flying colours by participating in
these events:
- Break Away: Show the world your
street dancing skills.
- Danspiration: Dazzle the crowd with your
moves.
- Awaz: Mesmerise the audience
with your voice.
- Antakshari: Show the world there’s no
one better than you when it comes to music.
If you have
the charisma, the cultural team will be there to give you guidance
and help you give your best performance.
I-Tech:
The technical team
of Invertis will guide you to discover your knack for
technology. This club will be organizing three events.
- Student of the year: Prove
that you’re the Jack of all trades.
- RoboRace: Show your passion for
robots and racing.
- PUBG
(Mobile): Bring
out the innate player in you.
The technical team
will be there to give you a platform and show the world how to win with
technology.
The Publication
club is here to bring out the writer in you. The club will be
providing the participants with an opportunity to show the world what
they can do with their paper. Unleash your thoughts on the paper and win
some appreciation. There are three events that are
being organized by the publication club:
- Open Mic: Let your words flow into
the mic and win over the audience.
- Bollywood Mania: This event will be
searching for it next Cinestar to rock the world of Bollywood.
- Meme Lord: Show the social world
who’s the ‘Lord’ of Pop-Culture commentary with memes.
Participants will
be given a unique opportunity by the Publication club to publish
their work in the college magazine.
Stride Club
The Stride club is
here to encourage the sportsmanship spirit in you. The fest
will be having five sports events:
- Mixed Cricket: Play cricket in the Desi
style.
- Basket: Dunk the ball in
the basket.
- Ring Toss: Put your mind to
test.
- Tug
of War: Show your strength and pull the rope.
- 7
up – 7 down: Test your luck.
The Stride club
will be judging and guiding every stride you take on the battlefield.
M Factor
The management
club will be managing your skills. They will be
presenting four events:
- The Devil follows: Don’t let the devil get
the better of you.
- Practice Hula-Hoop: Move your body,
groove in a hula-hoop.
- Classic
Water Balloon: Water and Balloons are safe, water in
the balloons is full of mischief.
- The
Barter Puzzle: Bring the pieces together and complete the
picture.
The management team
is here to test your patience and make sure you don’t give in to the
traps they’ve in store for you.
The
Responsible Invertian:
The social cause
club helps you to bring a change in the world. Here are three events
you can participate to show your humanity:
- Virtual Warriors: Show your love for LAN
gaming.
- Best
out of waste: Don’t let waste go waste.
- Abhivayakti: Let your
team bring out the civic side of the audience through Street
play.
